Use Hashtags within Your Tweets When you use hashtags within your tweets, you tell readers scanning the Twitter page at a glance exactly what is the subject of your message. Users are more likely to read the entire tweet or click on an embedded link if they are interested in your hashtags. Hashtags are keywords about the information you want to convey in your tweet. For example, a tweet that includes #Facebook and #socialmedia tells users immediately that you are writing about Facebook.  Words that are typed with a hashtag automatically stand out to readers in bold colored text on Twitter. Readership increases when users see immediately the subject of your content as they...

The #BuzzItUp Hashtag for Knoji/Factoidz on Twitter

I've been using Twitter more frequently mostly for the purpose of promoting my Knoji (Factoidz) articles. I have noticed an increase of more than double (some days it is more than triple) the traffic I was generating without tweeting my links. I have been steadily increasing my followers on Twitter and have reached a modest following of over 1000 users. I am still trying to increase my Twitter following, since more exposure and traffic also go hand in hand with how many followers one has here. Using Twitter to promote your articles not only increases your traffic, but also tends to increase your SEO rank and performance, which is incredibly beneficial to a writer. What is a Hashtag? From Twitter, the definition of a hashtag is: "The # symbol, called a hashtag, is used to mark keywords or topics in a Tweet. It was created organically by Twitter users as a way to categorize messages." Hashtags can be used to help people find a certain topic. When you use a hashtag in your tweet, anyo...

How to Use Twitter Through Your E-Mail

When someone new starts following you, Twitter sends you an e-mail that contains a link so that you can check out that user’s profile right away to see whether you want to follow him back. These e-mails save quite a bit of time and hassle you don’t have to try to remember who followed you and when. If you don’t have the time or the need to follow back your new followers right away, use whatever options your e-mail client (or Web service) provides to search, file, or tag certain messages received. Setting up a mail filter to segment those notifications outside of your normal e-mail inbox can be really useful. Those e-mails then wait for you to process more efficiently in batches, many at a time, when it’s convenient for you. You can also set up your Twitter account so that direct messages are sent to your e-mail inbox: 1. On your Home page, click Settings at the top of the screen. The Settings screen appears. 2. Select the Notices tab. 3. Next to Direct Text E...

Banksy Facebook Revolution

Social networking sites are a great place to start a revolution these days. Just look at the recent Egyption protests. It all started on Facebook. This is just an example of how groups of people coming together over a common cause can change things. Dramatically. The whole government in Egypt has been set upon by chaos from something that started on a social networking site. The Banksy Facebook Revolution is aiming for similar things. However the people running this group are from all over the world and are hoping that through the power of social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter, they can make changes all over the world. Banksy's art was chosen to represent this particular revolution due to the power of his art and the message it conveys.  Whatever your cause is, the likely hood is that Banksy probably has a piece of art to represent it. What is Facebook Fatigue?

The case of Facebook fatigue After enjoying an incredible level of success, measured by the ever-growing number of its members, recent surveys and little talk among Facebook users show that, especially its younger audience, has started to lose interest in the most popular online social media. Alternatively, they have chosen to spend more time in competitor social media websites, for example, on Twitter, Tumblr and Reddit, to name a few. What are the reasons of Facebook fatigue? i) Emerging Facebook competitor sites Since Facebook has been a successful online communication and business model, which has earned its founder, Mark Zuckerberg, a legendary fortune, it was just a matter of time when Facebook clone, similar or alternative websites would make their appearance online and “steal” a percentage of Facebook’s user base. ii) Users losing interest fast Members of Facebook who have become disenchanted after the initial “madness” about this new so...

Twitter Etiquette to Keep Followers

Twitter is a fast-paced social media network that involves following and being followed by other users. The more followers a user has, the better the chances that the tweeted content will be read and retweeted. When proper etiquette is used, Twitter users are more likely to keep their followers than to lose them with a click of the unfollow button. Follow Back A primary etiquette rule on Twitter is to follow back people who follow you first. This action is considered to be polite. The exception would be if a company or individual user follows you who is looking for money or exists simply to advertise affiliate links. Do not feel pressured to follow these people who will only hound you with advertisements unrelated to your interests. When you follow back, users receive notification of the follow. The user may look further at your profile and tweets. If you have protected your tweets so that they are not available publicly, your new follower is now able to also view your electronic fe...

To Follow or Not to Follow: Seven Reasons Why People May Not Follow You Back on Twitter

So you've been using Twitter for a few weeks or months now, reading some thoughts tweeted by those you follow. You are tweeting a lot, have learned some of the Twitter lingo. But now, you just realized, though you are following hundreds of people, very few people actually follow you. Here are some common reasons: You have no avatar: One of the surest ways to keep people from following you is not even taking a minute to upload a photo, your institution's logo, or whatever you think should represent you visually. When I glance through the list of my latest followers, I don't even click on the ones that lack avatars, since often they are spammers. If you are reading this, probably you are not a spammer. Just realize that your avatar is the first thing that potential followers see. Many people change their avatars frequently to convey a message. On Wednesdays for example, some women display sexy bra photos to promote breast cancer awareness in association with the hashtag term #boobiewedn...

The 7 Deadly Sins of Twitter

The 7 Deadly Sins of Twitter Trying to use social networking to reach out to potential customers? Great, good for you. A lot of businesses do it. But unfortunately, a lot of businesses do it wrong. Here’s the list of what NOT to do. 1. DO NOT tweet only about your promotions and/or products. I see this time and again. A company starts a twitter account and ONLY tweets about the sales they have going on, or just provide links to get people to go to their site. This is boring, and a sure fire way to lose followers. Twitter is a SOCIAL website. People want to interact with other people. Yes, of course you should tell people about your special promotions and the like. It just shouldn’t be the only thing you tweet about. Tweet about some random things, too. Tweet about how it’s raining and you forgot your umbrella. Tweet about how you hope to get home in time to watch American Idol. Tweet about how your mom is coming in to help today, and you’re hoping she’l...

Knock-offs, Imitators and Niche Micro-blogging Services Abound but Twitter Still Rules

How many different ways can one cram their content into less than 140 characters? Initially, it used to be that Twitter was the one location to stop and babble about one's day in tiny little bites. With the increase in micro-blogging popularity, enterprising individuals are attempting to broaden the game by creating their own niche micro-texting services. In a quick little nutshell for those who may not be in the know, micro-blogging is a bit like instant messaging with the exception that it is done in real-time with hundreds upon thousands of other like-minded individuals breathlessly anticipating the next tiny text bite. Usually the text to be sent is limited to 140 characters and is either sent out to the general viewing public, specifically directed to individuals or even sent privately. Twitter is the big gun in the micro-blogging world and has been the inspiration for dozens of knock-offs, imitations and niche marketing services. One of the first companies to build a produc...

Business Tweeting. It might sound odd, and it might seem confusing, but its really not. With the advent of Facebooks twitter platform, many business networkers are already tweeting, they just don't know it yet. Twitter Basics: Followers, Tweets, and Surprising Business Functions

On the surface, the Twitter engine is a very simple idea. Essentially, Twitter's designers have created a gigantic amoeba-like chatroom in which anyone can update, but not everyone can be heard. Perhaps the most summarized remark I have heard regarding the free service is an opinion offered by Dr. Richard Byers of North Georgia College & State University, who remarked that "twitter" is Australian for "idiot," and ventured further to say that he didn't plan to use the service anytime soon. Yet, despite the potential for being referred to as a twit or one of many other derogatory names, the service has found an impressive niche in pop culture, media, and society. Twitter produces some interesting opportunities for product advertisers: it has a large user audience and makes exposure cost-free and relatively easy: simply posting a link enables your followers to instantly read what you have to say and allows the entire Twitter fan base to search for y...

Do Auto Tweeters to Schedule Tweets Work to Promote Your Writing?

There are a lot of programs that will let you schedule tweets in advance.  Many of these programs are free to use.  For instance companies that offer free scheduling of tweets in a limited way are: Hootsuite - You can schedule your tweets in advance.  It is kind of tedious and takes a bit of time, but the process is very easy.  If you have a paid subscription with Hootsuite, you can upload your scheduled tweets in a batch file.  The upgrade to Hootsuite Pro is $5.99 a month.  I tried the Pro version, but I found that I didn't use it enough to justify paying $71.88 a year.  I do use the free version occasionally, and I use the Hootlet quite a bit.  The Hootlet is a Google Extension that will allow you to tweet a page that you are viewing on the internet.  I find it very useful. Gremln - This online tweet scheduler is another tool that I use to auto tweet.  They also have a free version of their service.  They are easier to use tha...

A Twaiter Experiment

If you're here, I assume you've read the first part of this tutorial, Twitter for Traffic Overview. Squeezing Twitter traffic is fallible process! I wouldn't suggest skipping anything. Here is a little experiment I did with twitter a few months back: My Twitter Stats* It wasn't a dummy Twitter account. And all 2500 unfiltered* followers I have, I got by manually befriending people I like. I send out real updates, replied to mentions, and used direct messages reasonably. Experiment #1: Twaiter Twaiter.com is an example of a Twitter update automation tool. Using OAuth, you grant Twaiter access to your account without having to compromise your passwords. Then you'd see a decent control panel where you could schedule tweets. I must admit, the process was slow, and the functions were limited, but I thougth it's worth the try so I gave it a shot. I scheduled about 200 automated tweets a day, directed them to different timezones based upon my 2500 unfiltered* Twitter following. Surprise! Surp...

How to Get Followers on Twitter for No Cost

Popularity—it is a desire of almost all Americans. On the other hand, popularity is one of the most unattainable goals in existence. In recent years, the advent of social media has brought the popularity contest to a whole new level. Getting Followers on Twitter There are web sites that promise to get you thousands of new followers, but are these followers the people who will help you promote your articles. So just getting a high number of followers is not always the best way to promote your articles on Twitter. You need followers who will be interested in the subject matter of your articles. If you write about a variety of subjects, than you can have followers for all of the interests you write about. I once tried a web site that promised to get you thousands of followers, and I got plenty of followers but my articl...

A Twiends Experiment

If you're here, I assume you've read the first part of this tutorial, Twitter for Traffic Overview. Squeezing Twitter traffic is fallible process! I wouldn't suggest skipping anything. (previous: A Twaiter Experiment) Twiends.com is another Twitter application which has promises to help you boost the potentials of your Twitter account. Twiends helps you get more followers by making introductions. They make it sound all formal and normal, but all the magic actually happens with a simple points rewards system. If you follow somebody, for whether you know them or not, for whether you care about them or not, and for whatever reason you did, you get points. Then you offer to pay your points to get followers. Other's would do the same to snatch your points…all until it becomes a nasty black market of Twitter fiends, and not Twitter friends. Regardless of my negative impression about this practice, I tried it for the sake of curiosity. My Twitter Stats* It was the same account I used f...

A Review of Twaitter an Online Site for Scheduling Tweets on Twitter

Lately I have been doing some experimenting with tweet schedulers. As I was searching online for information on the many schedulers, I wasn’t coming up with reviews that gave good information on how well these tweet schedulers worked. In July of 2009 PC World wrote a brief description about Twaitter, but there really was not a lot of information on how well the application specifically performed. Twaitter proudly displays the PC World logo on their site. Does Not Work with Google Chrome - Update- Possibly due to Antivirus program This particular scheduler, Twaitter, is a web based application. My favorite web browser is Google Chrome. I have found that this application did not work well with Chrome. If I want to use this application, I have to use Internet Explorer. For this reason I was a little disappointed. Hopefully in the future it will work with Chrome. Update...On one of my laptops I have McAfee as my antivirus program.  I think that McAfee is blocking Twait...

How to Automate Twitter to Get More Readers Socialoomph

Twitter is a great place for marketing articles and getting to know others who write and are interested in the similar subjects to ones that interest you most. Most people who use Twitter will ‘tweet’ a new article as soon as they have written it and hope that some of their followers will read and even ‘retweet’ the article for them. All this is quite time consuming and it never occurs to writers to ‘tweet’ the same things more than once. If you use tags when you ‘tweet’ your message will be sent out to anyone else who has stated an interest in your subject and not just to your own followers. To add tags to a ‘tweet’ use the # key add a category. You might want to add two, or three tags but do not be tempted to add too many or you could make your ‘tweet’ look like spam. For example, let’s say that I have written an article on Football (as though that would ever be likely). My first ‘tweet’ migh...

The ultimate benefit for Zuckerberg was that he managed to make a legendary fortune in such a little time and being so young at the same time and, despite the recent claims for Facebook’s privacy standards being compromised or in fact having many gaps for hackers to exploit unsuspected victims, the application itself has assisted both individuals and businesses to communicate effectively and enjoy ...

How to Annoy Your Followers on Twitter

I'm no psychic, but my prediction for 2009 is that Twitter is going to blow up like Facebook did a few years back. The thing about Facebook that was different from socialising online was that you used it to connect with people you had already met before, instead of making new connections. Twitter steers back away from that. With a minimal investment of 140 characters and the ability to unfollow at the click of a button, users are less wary of networking with strangers online than with Facebook, where friending someone opens your whole life up to their scrutiny. Since it's just as easy to follow as unfollow, it stands to reason there are a few courtesies you may want to consider in your Twitter use. In other words, things to avoid so you don't annoy the heck out of your followers. Would you stand on a chair in the middle of a crowded party yelling out information about yourself, whether anyone is listening or not? I hope not. So don't do it on Twitter. If all of your tweets consi...

Twitter: Moderation Versus Automation

Social networking took the Internet by storm. I guess some people had seen it coming, but it still left quite a squabble for the online mob to argue about. I guess the mob includes me. Long before I decided to write this article, I've been debating myself internally whether social networking tools are really worth all the buzz they are getting. To be specific, Twitter. Among online marketers and webmasters, Twitter has raised one interesting argument about whether automation should be the focal point of their efforts or not. I have got to say, the thought was both promising and aluring. Imagine that you would no longer have to manually send updates to your followers, just to get them to visit your new content. But then again, that particular imagination has become quite popular, as it was given life in the form of Twitter feeds. There is a full armament out there of web apps and websites which gives you this exact functionality. Another notable idea to Twitter automation is making new ...

Mark Zuckerberg, the King of Self-made Online Social Media Tycoons

Above anything else, Mark Zuckerberg is probably the most prominent child of the Internet era. What Zuckerberg has managed to achieve in such an astonishingly short time span, is simply out of comparison. In terms of money, his personal fortune has already skyrocketed to the billions and his business venture is still in its infancy. This is a totally different model to what older tycoons of the day had followed in order to establish and expand their financial empires. Even Warren Buffett, already a successful businessman from a very young age, could not match the breathtaking, unprecedented pace of Zuckerberg’s wealth accumulation efforts. Another big difference is that, while old-time moneymakers worshipped their only ultimate goal, i.e. to raise as much money they could, it would not be an exaggeration to state that Zuckerberg and his peers did what they did for fun, at first place, and financial success and wide recognition were more like a secondary target. Anyhow, if thei...

Building Your Reputation on Twitter and Getting High Quality Followers: A Scientist's Perspective

If your goal on Twitter is merely to get a lot of people to follow you, this is a fairly easy thing to do. Just find people who have thousands of followers and who follow about the same number who are following them. Usually this means that they follow back just about everyone who follows them. If you follow, it's almost guaranteed that they'll follow you, do this over and over with a lot of people, and voilà! Before you know it, you'll have several hundred followers, even if you haven't tweeted a single update. Then, you can begin tweeting links to your website or your published articles, and all of those followers will go to your link, or at least some fraction of them, right? Wrong. Very wrong, in fact. The problem is that, by following random people, all you've done is is to get yourself on the lists of twitterers who don't have a particular interest in your articles, the products you seek to sell, your thoughts about politics and religion -whatever it is that you wanted to...

Social media, Facebook in particular, has clearly surpassed traditional letter writing, phone calls and even email as the norm for keeping in communication with our friends, co-workers and family. Texting may be more in use than Facebook, but it is a close second if not first in popularity and acceptance. Facebook users include all age ranges, from teens to grandparents and everything in-between.  This new habit of keeping in contact with one another through Facebook has automatically produced some unspoken rules that help us all get along and reduce misunderstanding. It is very easy to forget that we are "talking" to real people when using Facebook to share views, opinions and thoughts. It is important to think before we click. Facebook Etiquette: Do not "Hi-jack" a comment thread. This usually occurs accidentally at first. You may comment on a status or post and then your comment may be commented on by someone else and you respond to them and forget all about the original w...

How Much Is Each Twitter Follower Worth?

You look at your follower count on a social networking website, your blog, or your email list. It shows one more follower then last time you checked; maybe it was yesterday, maybe it was last week. The point is you’ve seen growth in your business. So what? That’s something you may be saying. “It’s just one follower/subscriber”. Well with each of these followers there is a chance for a lifetime follower. A Lifetime Follower is a follower that will stick with you for a long time, maybe even their whole life. These are the followers that you can make the most money from. How do you make money from them? By selling products or having advertisements on your website. They will see these products and advertisements on your blog or website. Why is it easier to make money from a lifetime follower? Well, first of all they are with you for a while. There has to be a reason for that. They like your killer content. This means they would see more value in your produc...

Happy Birthday Twitter

Twitter, the Internets fastest growing social networking site, turned five years old today. Jack Dorsey, the Co founder of Twitter, composed and sent the first tweet as an experiment in microblogging on Wednesday, March 21, 2007. He considered Twitter a microblog because each post would be limited to 140 characters. Since Jack Dorsey blasted off that historic Tweet, the number of tweets sent on any day has grown by leaps and bounds from 5, 000 tweets a day in 2007 to an average of 140 million tweets a day today, that is an average of 1, 600 tweets every second. Twittter Has 200 Million Users. In 2009, Twitter became a broadcast channel for significant news events when @jkrums sent this tweet out to the world: "There's a plane in the Hudson. I'm on the ferry going to pick up the people. Crazy." Six months later, during the Michael Jackson funeral, tweets were averaging 456 tweets per second. Those were record setting numbers at the time, but they pale by today's nu...

Using Twitter in Your Business

You can use Twitter as a valuable marketing tool for your business, whether you have a small, medium-sized, or large business. Also, Twitter can help complement your company’s current PR and customer service efforts. Sharing news and stories Because Twitter gives you the ability to share 140-character thoughts in a split second, you can easily share links to PR releases and stories about  your business, service, or product. But in order to make your tweets interesting and diverse so that you can hold on to and increase your followers,  consider sharing news and stories about the industry that you serve. You can become a reference for people who are looking for information about  the topic, and that status can ultimately gain you more followers who may become your customers. You can also branch out into general news  stories. Tweeting about more than just your business and industry can help show the human side of your company;however, depending on what your...

Twitter for Traffic

You have probably heard about this a dozen times over, gave it a thought, but then decided to ignore it and moved on. This is the forked road in the digital world that most online marketers, even adept webmasters, let slip away. Worse, even those who once had enough curiosity to gave it a shot were easily disappointed. Overview: I've said it to others a hundred times over, and I'd say it again: no one gets the gist of anything overnight. Work requires great patience, and online business isn't an exception. Before anything could happen, it requires that one diggs up every corner, about every subject, and every resource available. Then read, read, and read. Now let us jump to our next problem: resources. Look up the keywords Twitter, marketing, and traffic. Most likely, what you'd find is a really attractive website with one or two opening paragraphs. It tells you promises. It tells you potential. Then you move on to your subscription plan. If you wanted to drive quality traffic with ...

Promoting Yourself on Twitter

Article ideas are ephemeral in nature. They pop into ones mind when they are least expected. Take the idea for this article as a prime example. My wife’s a crossword puzzle fanatic and does every one she can find, well all except the New York Times crosswords because they are too hard for her, or at least so she tells me. Anyway, earlier today she walked into my home office and asked me if I knew a five-letter word for a Twitter message. Simple enough, it was “tweet,” but it gave me the idea for this article. Twitter, like most social networking sites can be a powerful tool to promote oneself and ones writing but one has to invest some time in the site to make it work. Tweeting is an art because with a limit of 140 characters per tweet, one has to make every character work. Twitter is a great tool for teaching a verbose writer how to cut out the fat. It teaches us to use words like verbose in place of two words like “long winded.” I just want to point out...

Speak on Twitter: Free Audio Tweet Services

Share all of your feelings in 140 characters. Get set. Go. It's not quite that easy, yet twitter expects us to be able to condense our minds into 140 characters or multiple tweets. While there are websites that allow you to go over that limit, wouldn't it be nice if you could just speak your tweet and let people physically listen? Well, as it turns out, there are various websites that will offer such service (and yes, for free). With an audio tweet, there is no character limit. So it doesn't matter if you're talking about this new gadget you tried, or humming a cool chorus for a song you're writing, or just going off about something awful that just happened. Audioboo Compatible as an app with the Iphone (and related appstore devices like the Ipod Touch or the Ipad), as well as Android, this even allows to audiotweet on the go. Computer users need not worry, you can still do it from the beloved warmth of your personal computer. Signing up can be done either directly using your...

Top 3 Reasons Why Pinterest is Popular

Getting to the Bottom of Pinterest Pinterest is a website where images reign supreme.  Similar to Facebook, Pinterest has created quite a craze in that everyone wants to be "in the know" with it.  What many people are trying to figure out is just WHY it has been so darn popular.  Well, for starters... Images are relevant to things people want or need.  That's not to say there aren't random silly photos pinned on the site.  Believe me, there still are!  But much of what is pinned on a regular basis consists of things like recipes, clothing, craft ideas, organizational tips, travel destinations, and gift ideas.  All useful in their own right, because a majority of the online crowd browses online regularly for those purposes.  If people are able to find all of what they want from one place, then it just makes it that much likely that they will return and recommend the things they've tried, or be inspired to create t...

How to Follow Respectfully on Twitter

Some - okay, a lot - of people go onto Twitter blindly following everyone. They write tweets that say "ONLY 100 AWAY FROM 5000 FOLLOWERS! PLEASE HELP!" This is counter-productive. The thing about saying something to a lot of people is, it only matters if that lot of people actually care what you have to say. Do they trust you? Are you a greasy car salesman, but selling people on following you? Are these people interested in what you're interested in? Have you garnered an audience that has nothing to do with you, with what you're about. Networking is awesome. Twitter is awesome for networking. You can get a lot out of it, all of these things I listed in this article: 4 reasons to join Twitter. The thing about networking, whether in life or online, is that people can smell an agenda. So, be genuine! That is the number one, most important tip I can offer you in your Twitter use. Approach Twitter thinking "What can I offer? What can I learn?" rather than "What can I get?" Here are...

How to Encourage More Followers on Twitter

Twitter is a very receptive environment for forging connections with new friends and contacts, so amassing a list of followers is relatively simple.Typically, you gain followers in the natural course of using Twitter, but here are a few guidelines to follow: Be real. Being genuine goes a long way, and you’re likely to gain followers without even trying. Be interesting. You don’t have to fascinate with every tweet you type, but do try to tweet about things more relevant to the world at large than what you just ate for lunch or the heinous traffic on your morning commute. Talk about your interests, instead. Talk about what’s in the news. Or talk about what you think should be in the news. Be involved. The more “into” a topic you are, the more people will respond to your enthusiasm. Say that you’re really into classic cars don’t talk just about your own fascination with them, but try to help other people on Twitter who might have q...

Top 5 Reasons Memes Have Taken Over Facebook

You saw them at their baby stages, at icanhascheezburger.com, failblog.org, and many other sites. But, only recently have they been catching on like wildfire on Facebook. The question is, what unique influences have created this craze? From Facebook interface updates to new internet phenomena, here are five top reasons that memes have taken center stage: 1. Ease of Sharing - Remember when Facebook required the old-fashioned copy and paste method to share images on the site? Although this may seem like an easy way to some people to share images found on the internet with friends, less technologically-savvy users may not realize that this is a possibility. They may even see their friends doing it, but may also assume that this capability is left to the "experts." Recently, Facebook made changes to the capabilities of sharing, allowing any user to share a photo that interests them by clicking just two buttons: "Share" and "Share Photo." This ease of sharing photos with friends has not on...

Twitter for Traffic Errors Part 2

If you're here, I assume you've read the first part of this tutorial, Twitter for Traffic Overview. Squeezing Twitter traffic is fallible process! I wouldn't suggest skipping anything. (previous: Twitter for Traffic Errors Part 1) 4. Clients, mobile devices, and web browsers: Another mistake is not paying attention to the source attribute of a status message. There you should see something like, via web*, via Twitter for iPhone*, via etc. These are application programs called clients for an array of devices used to access twitter. These could also be desktop programs, or remote website applications, which allows a user to access a Twitter account indirectly. Remember that if you want converting traffic, you should go for via web*. This means that a user was accessing Twitter on the main website, "Twitter.com," and not in some robotic remote client. It means that a user is reading your tweets using a web browser, with scripting enabled, and not from an iPhone. Error D: Mobile ...

Twitter for Traffic Errors

If you're here, I assume you've read the first part of this tutorial, Twitter for Traffic Overview. Squeezing Twitter traffic is fallible process! I wouldn't suggest skipping anything. It's best to know which and what to avoid, and where to fail and do over. So in this part I'd like us to talk about the errors—by which I mean, a lot. This is the reason why barely anyone even tries Twitter in the first place, and even if they did try, they just end up sore and disappointed. Error A: Expectations People expect too much, especially during the first week. They set their minds to a blazing result prematurely (thanks to other people exaggerating this stuff). Then on the first week: a big nothing. Okay, maybe it's too early to assume anything. Then after a month, a much bigger nothing. This clearly implies that something went wrong since we started. It got mixed up with false expectations. Error B: It's working! Let's consider in this scenario that you paid for a monthly plan to automat...
